Manage Escalate issue post functions
The Escalate issue post function allows you to create and link a new issue when a workflow transition is executed.
The Herzum Quick Linker Escalate Post Function Administration screen allows the following operations:
Adding the Escalate issue post function to a workflow transition
In order to add an Escalate issue post function to a workflow transition, follow the steps below.
1 | Navigate to the Escalate Post Function Administration screen. Administration → Add-Ons → Herzum Quick Linker → Escalate Post Function Administration |  Escalate Post Function Administration |
2 | Select the Workflow, the Transition and the Partnership and click Add.

Display the escalate post function configured on your workflow
1 | Navigate to the Escalate Post Function Administration screen to display the list of configured transitions/workflows having been configured with the escalate post function. Administration → Add-Ons → Herzum Quick Linker → Escalate Post Function Administration | Escalate Post Function Administration |
2 | Click Detail to display the configured post function on the workflow. | Post function configured on the transition of the Jira workflow |
Delete a configured escalate post function by your workflow
1 | Navigate to the Escalate Post Function Configuration screen to display the list of configured transitions/workflows having been configured with the escalate post function.
