Manage allowed attachments extensions

Herzum Attachment Manager app allows you to setup the allowed file extensions for the files that may be attached to the Jira issues.

You need to be a Jira system administrator to set up attachments allowed extensions.

1 Add an allowed extension
2 Delete an allowed extension

Add an allowed extension

You can easily setup the allowed attachments extensions by performing the following steps:

Select Settings (
) → Add-ons → Herzum Attachment Manager → Configure Attachments
Click Add allowed extension
Fill the field Extension with the file extension that you want to allow for the files that will be attached to the Jira issues
Save to persist your setting

Delete an allowed extension

You can easily delete any previously configured allowed attachments extensions by performing the following steps:

Select Settings (
) → Add-ons → Herzum Attachment Manager → Configure Attachments
Click the trash icon on the right side of the extension that you don't want to allow
